This is Preetha's Diwali special dish - Chicken Curry
Take chicken pieces in a bowl…
To it add
1. chilly powder- 2 or 3 spoon……as much you want spicy
2. garam masala – kurachu(1 sp)
3. Salt- to taste
4. Red color – for appearance
5. One EGG
6. Curd – 1 spoon
7. Lemon – ½ portion for juice…
8. One spoon for corn flour or rice flour for some crispiness
9. Ginger + garlic + onion – grind it to paste. 3-4 small onion will give more taste than one big onion :) Ginger,garlic oru kanakinedukkam….depending upon how much spicy you need
Mix everything well with the chicken pieces….and keep it for 30 mins….and fry it in coconut oil(for more taste) or any other oil
